Bohemian Baby Shower

Who doesn’t love a baby shower?! Last year my sister had a bohemian baby shower and I thought I’d share a few pictures. Sadly, I didn’t take very many between getting things ready and taking care of my kids, but it was such a fun shower!

We had the shower outside, which can sometimes make it hard to decorate. A cute tablecloth, a beverage dispenser, and some chips hung as a backdrop made for a great serving table. And check out these awesome, colorful clothspins for hanging the chips. You can get 50 for less than $8!

What’s better than centerpieces you can eat? This colorful salt water taffy lined the tables. It was fun to be able to snack on them while we waited for everyone to arrive and while we watched the baby shower games.

I love this picture! It makes me want an ice cold soda! The shower was for couples, so it seemed fitting to include some Dad’s Root Beer. We filled a rusty old wheelbarrow with ice and drinks for a cute, unique look and wheeled it out when it was time for root beer floats.

More delicious salt water taffy. And there are so many cute tablecloths to choose from like this one or this one.

We also used small succulents one the tables. I found mine on sale at Michaels last year, but I love these simple green ones and I especially love these pastel ones in cute white pots.

This was a fun shower to put together and it turned out great! Like I said, I wish I had more pictures of all the little things, like the hanging chalkboard sign with the agenda on it, but I wasn’t planning a blog post back then.
